Cancellation Policy

Booking and Rescheduling Policy 1. Full Payment Upon Booking: Customers are required to make full payment (e.g., 1,200 THB) at the time of booking to confirm the reservation and secure the service slot. 2. No Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations are not permitted. If a customer chooses to cancel, the payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. • This ensures that the reserved service slot is secured and compensates the business for the reserved time. 3. Rescheduling Policy: • Customers can reschedule their appointment without any fee if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. • Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time is not allowed and will be considered as forfeiture of the payment. 4. No Refund Policy: • The business has a strict no-refund policy for cancellations, no-shows, or any instances where the customer fails to adhere to the rescheduling terms. Note: Please read and understand this policy before making a booking to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstandings in the future.
